Pale Ale

This is our take on a South Australian favourite. We aren’t trying to reinvent the wheel; we just want to show you what we like!

A fuller beer with more complex flavours. We use Lighter malts and Chrystal grains combined with a small dose of roasted grains to give a fuller malt flavour and richer mouth feel. This is enhanced by the fruity floral character of Cascade hops and a crisp bitterness.The pale ale is a mid flavoured brew that has won many a heart.
